- You can change the instrument model or manufacturer if you are not completely satisfied. At the monthly follow-up visit we will assess together whether you should keep the instrument or not.
If you decide to stop the fitting process, your deposit will be refunded. Only a lump sum payment of 100$ to cover expenses will be non-refundable.
- We guarantee the quality of our service and our adjustments. Adjustments and maintenance services are free for a period of 2 years following the purchase of a hearing instrument.
